Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 kgs mutton meat marinate in lil lime and salt for 1 hr


  • 2 nos onions


  • 2 nos tomatoes


  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 2 nos green chilly,slit


  • 1 tsp pepper corns /& jeera


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp chilly powder


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 tbsp mutton masala


  • 1 sprig curry leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and Fry 1 onion and tomato also fry the curry leaves.
  • Now add the green chilies
  • Make a paste with peppercorns and jeera one onion n tomato. Add this.
  • Then add your meat, let it cook in open lid for 20mins.
  • Now add the turmeric and chilly powder, add half cup water.
  • Add the mutton masala, salt. Mix all well.
  • Cook for another 20 mins closed(under lid) in medium heat.
  • Garnish with coriander.
